Stand straight and pull the tape across the widest part of the hips and rear.
- WAIST TO FLOOR LENGTH
Stand with feet together and measure from the waistline to the floor. Wear the desired heel height and look straight ahead, not down. Tie a ribbon to mark the waistline to make it easier.
Raise the arm to waistline level and pull the tape across your full bicep, the largest part of the arm.
- ARM LENGTH
Raise the arm to waistline level and pull the tape from the shoulder point until your wrist. Optional length for long sleeves is 56, 58, 60 or 62 cm for a longer effect. For ¾ sleeves the sleeve length is standard.
