WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR READY TO WEAR?

For most of our ready-to-wear products we offer 4-8 weeks delivery time. However, we do try to process order as soon as possible, so possibly you will receive your order ahead of the delivery date given when placing the order.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR BRIDAL – MADE-TO-ORDER?

All SADONI bridal items are made to order. SADONI wedding dresses have 4-6 months delivery time prior to the wedding date to be able to secure delivery. While bridal skirts, tops and accessories have 2-4 months delivery time. The timing depends on the product, you order and the season.

This time allows us to order the needed fabric, make the outfit and ship to your destination in advance before the wedding. SADONI accepts urgent orders 2 months before the wedding. However, it depends on our availability and you may not have full freedom of choice. Please contact us if you have an urgent order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY OUTFIT?

The actual cutting and sewing of your item or outfit does not take more than a few days, but the planning is extensive due to high demand as we also must purchase and secure fabric for your order.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

It is all very easy, simply choose your dress and size, then place your order through our website, adding all required information and enter any additional comments into the notes section. Our team is available to assist you any time by email.

WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?

The correct size to order will be determined from our size chart and the largest measurements taken by you. Take your own measurements following the measurement guide. Then see our size chart and compare against your own measurement. All our dresses come in standard European sizing. Always order the size from your largest measurement, so go up a size if you are in between sizes; it’s as simple as that! If you need any assistance or don’t hesitate to contact our team!

HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

To clarify your size and how to take measurements, please see our size guide. We suggest taking the measurements without clothes on, with the heel height you want to wear and the similar bra you will be wearing under the dress. Remember not to pull the measure tape too tightly. You only need to take the measurements that apply to your item.

WHAT UNDERWEAR SHOULD I WEAR?

As the dresses are light, we recommend wearing skin colored, seamless underwear. For most dresses you can wear a bra, alternatively you can wear adhesive cups for support and shape if the dress is backless.

DO THE MADE-TO-MEASURE BRIDAL COME IN OTHER COLOURS?

We only offer the natural, light ivory color; it is not too bright and just perfect for any skin tone or other shades of ivory. Some designs are available in nude: for that is a mix of soft pink and beige latte. If you wish to see and feel the fabric we recommend to order a fabric sample.

DO I NEED ALTERATIONS?

For made-to-order bridal, an alteration by an external tailor is a common practice. It helps the dress to fit your personal shape and desire and in most cases, will be needed even if the size is close to your measurements. These alterations are not included in the price. Please consult an experienced bridal seamstress in your area for assistance in good time to ensure availability.

CAN I CUSTOMISE OR ALTER ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?

We kindly ask that SADONI designs are respected as they are. During our design process, we put a great deal of thought into each design and decide on the best finish for each of them. At request we accept smaller alterations at your request that does not compromise our design or change our patterns. Contact our team for availability. Please note all alterations are upon customers own risk at an additional fee.

WILL MY DRESS BE PERFECT?

All of our dresses undergo a grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest standard before delivery. Our team is highly qualified and experienced and our European quality is among the best on the market. We often hear that the dresses are more beautiful, delicate and especially more light and delicate in reality than on images. Still the dresses are a handmade and smaller variation that does not compromise the design or quality may occur, and is not considered a flaw.

Please note all our dresses come in standard European sizes and lengths. Personal alterations must be expected and are not included in the price. In the rare event of any manufacturing fault or any problems that may occur, we would, of course, repair the dress free of charge and help out any way we can. Our main priority is happy brides.

CAN I BE ASSURED OF YOUR BUSINESS?

 CAN I FIND SADONI DRESSES IN ANY ACTUAL STORES?

In addition to our own brand store SADONI Bridal Boutique in Oslo, we do have about 50 bridal retailers worldwide where you can find SADONI dresses; please check our worldwide store list. However, their selection and prices may differ from our online shop. We recommend that brides worldwide buy directly online through our website to ensure a direct contact and communication via email or online chats. We are more than happy to send you a fabric swatch of the gown to help you gain a feel of the fabrics, and any additional images or video for you to feel secure.

WHERE ARE YOUR DRESSES MADE?

All our products are of European origin. We are proud to offer a refined, handmade quality from our own manufacturing atelier located in Latvia, in Northern Europe. Dedicated to offer locally made products with ethical, sustainable values in all areas, our stock items are made only to order and to avoid waist. Due to the local location we have quick and reliable delivery to Europe and worldwide.

WHERE DO THE GOODS SHIP FROM?

All international orders are packed and shipped from Latvia within EU. All Norwegian orders are packed and shipped from our head office in Oslo.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING IS?

We offer free shipping for Norway and all European countries. For delivery to other countries or worldwide shipment costs are defined in our terms, which can be used to clarify freight prices. The final shipment cost will be displayed at the checkout and depend on the size of your item.

Our shipping costs are minimal and we use an international freight courier that offers online tracking and door to door delivery to ensure safe terms. We will provide you with the tracking nr once your order is shipped, so you know when to expect delivery and handle taxes if they apply.

 DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country if located outside EU or Norway. For all our international customers, we always recommend to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.
