How to measure

  1. BUST

Measure With the bra you will be wearing pull the tape across the fullest part of the bust. Breathe in for allowance.

  1. WAIST

Bend to one side with arm in one to find the point your waist fold which is your natural waistline. Pull the tape across the narrowest part and keep two fingers under the tape to allow room for breathing.

  1. FULL HIP

Stand straight and pull the tape across the widest part of the hips and rear.

  1. WAIST TO FLOOR LENGTH

Stand with feet together and measure from the waistline to the floor. Wear the desired heel height and look straight ahead, not down. Tie a ribbon to mark the waistline to make it easier.

  1. BICEP

Raise the arm to waistline level and pull the tape across your full bicep, the largest part of the arm.

  1. ARM LENGTH

Raise the arm to waistline level and pull the tape from the shoulder point until your wrist. Optional length for long sleeves is 56, 58, 60 or 62 cm for a longer effect. For ¾ sleeves the sleeve length is standard.
