(herein after “Sadoni” or “we”), operates an online shop under the URL www.sadoni-shop.com
All orders placed trough www.sadoni-shop.com as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed. We do not accept any diverging terms and conditions from the customer unless specifically agreed in writing.
The goal of SADONI is to provide top service and quality. It is therefore recommended that you read the terms of purchase and review the contract to ensure that the order and other information is correct as these terms & conditions are approved by your purchase. If you have questions regarding your contract or your terms of purchase, do not hesitate to contact us.
2.1 By submitting the order form provided on our website, you are placing a binding offer for a purchase contract with us. You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process.
2.2 On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail with an order confirmation stating the details of your order. Please note that our order confirmation does not apply as an acceptance of your contractual offer, but serves for information purposes only.
2.3 A purchase contract between you and SADONI will become effective only after the full amount has been credited to our account. Once we have received the payment, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to the address you provided. The acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
2.4 SADONI reserves the right to cancel the contract if:
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price.
- We have insufficient fabric stock to produce your order.

3 PRICES AND PRODUCT PRESENTATION
3.1 The prices stated on our website at the time of your order apply (referring to 2.4.I ). Prices are set out in EURO and include VAT, but without any shipping costs or taxes that may apply.
The purchase price will be due immediately with the acceptance of the order. The payment of the goods is only possible with credit card. The credit card will be charged upon receipt of the order.
We have standard European size chart, and all items can be ordered in size EU 32-42. Some items are available in size 44 to 48. An additional size fee does apply due to fabric consummation being different. Please contact our team for availability and prices.
The correct size to order will be determined from our size chart and the largest measurements taken by you. If you are still unsure of your size or the measurements differ more than one size, please send us your measurements and we will gently guide you through choosing the correct size. For bridal customizing your outfit to fit you perfectly is most likely necessary as the dress is ordered in the nearest size and with the chosen length. These alterations are not included in the price.
Please take an active part in choosing your size as the size ordered will be authorized by your order. SADONI is not responsible for measurements taken by anyone other than company employees or if you choose to order a size other than our size chart / recommendation. SADONI is not responsible for weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy or plastic surgery that happens after the measurements are taken.
6 CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to change your mind and cancel this contract and any item purchased on our online shop within 48 hours without the need to state grounds. Fabric swatches or sale items cannot be cancelled. To comply with the cancelation right, it is sufficient that you notify us by email, with a clear declaration of your decision to cancel your order right within time frame of 48 hours.
We do not exchange any made-to-order items, fabric swatches, sales item, or lingerie (due to hygiene reasons). You have the right to exchange any other stock item in our shop. The time limit for exchange of goods is 7 days from the date upon which you or a third party appointed by you, receives the goods by signature. After cancellation or exchange deadline has expired there are no cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds or transferred credits on dresses made to order by SADONI.
If you would like to exchange an in stock item, please notify us by email with explained reason why you wish to exchange the item. Any exchange must be approved with us to be accepted, and the return package must be received within 21 days. Transport for both the return and replacement is pay by the customer.
Any returned items must be in original packaging and condition, and tags must be in place. You are liable for any deterioration of value. The items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and must be free of stains or marks of any kind. Please try on the products gently on clean floors, and freshly showered and avoid contact with makeup, moisturizer or deodorant. All returned items undergo quality control when returned and any exchange will only be accepted and available after approved. If for any reason the return does not pass our control, our team will contact you.
Made-to-order bridal – Right of withdrawal
As our made-to-order bridal is handmade after your specific size and requirement, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. Still, as your safety and satisfaction is important to us, SADONI gives you the opportunity to withdraw your made-to-order before the item is placed into production. We will then keep a 50 % fee to compensate for costs related to the order. However, after the production has begun all made-to-order sales are final. The right of withdrawal does not apply to urgent orders. Please contact our team to know your options.
If you believe your wedding dress has a production fault that differs from your order, please let us know within 7 days after delivery. Upon provided images and documentation we will investigate the matter and determine if the complaint is valid in accordance with our guidelines.
If it appears that there is a production flaw, SADONI will do its best to find a solution in which both parties are satisfied with the result. For obvious production flaws SADONI will undertake to correct the error, all expenses and freight covered. This will be done within 4 weeks in addition to transport from the date of claim. All returns must be approved by SADONI and shipped according to return policy.
The products offered at www.shop-sadoni.com are presented on the website in the form of digital photographs of the actual products. Minor discrepancies between the presentation and the actual products do not qualify as a defect in the goods ordered. Please note of silk, lace and other fabrics may have natural irregularities, color nuances and texture can vary slightly and, although very rare, they will not be considered a flaw.
8 SHIPPING & DISPATCH
8.1 The goods will be delivered as soon as possible or within the delivery date stated on your order, after your order is accepted, to the shipment address specified by customer, depending on the shipment method and place of delivery chosen. The goods will be produced and dispatched only after the full purchase price has been credited to our account.
8.2 Your package will be shipped with TNT or UPS courier by Economy Express. SADONI is only liable for any potential transport risks to any destinations within European Union.
8.3 SADONI is not liable for any potential transport risks to non EU-destinations. Shipping costs and all included taxes will be covered by the customer.
8.4 Shipping costs & time;
All prices are including the statutory VAT within Norway and most EU destinations. Displayed shipping costs do not include custom duties for non EU destinations: please check with your local tax office for more information.
9 RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods delivered remain property of SADONI until full payment has been made and has been credited to our account.
10.1 If the delivered goods are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing to our email adress.
10.2 If you notify a problem under condition 10.1, our sole obligation will be to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
